Actual application of the Perfect Derma Peel only takes about 30-60 seconds to complete, as your aesthetician applies the peel using a special technique. You may experience a burning or stinging sensation which will subside shortly after the peel has been applied. When you leave the treatment room, you may notice some redness and swelling which will subside within 24 hours. Peeling generally begins on the 3rd day of the peel and is completed around day 6.
